Throughout her career, Kathleen has worked tirelessly to support students in navigating challenges, building resilience, and achieving their full potential. By creating a safe and supportive space for students to explore their thoughts and feelings, she has helped countless individuals overcome obstacles and thrive academically and personally.

Gina Marie is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). She has worked in the mental health and addictions field in Toronto since 2008 and became a certified therapist in 2014. Gina Marie practiced in Prince George for the past 4 years as a counsellor at UNBC, supporting university-aged learners on their wellness journeys. Gina Marie particularly enjoys working with young adults, aged 18-35.

Gina Marie embodies an anti-oppressive, feminist, trauma-informed framework. Gina Marie works from a Rogerian, person-centered style, prioritizing the therapeutic relationship.

Gina Marie likes to work with different modalities that support a compassionate and curious approach, such as nature-informed therapy, narrative therapy, internal family systems therapy, Gabor Mate’s work, art therapy and walk and talk therapy.

As a counsellor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges, Tracey brings a warm, client-centered approach to her work. Her previous experience has been working with families, new parents and children, helping them navigate transitions, strengthen relationships and build emotional resilience.

Tracey also worked with youth in an empowerment role, supporting them in building confidence, finding their voice, and developing tools to navigate life’s pressures. Creating a safe, respectful space for young people to be heard and understood is a key part of Tracey’s practice.

In addition to her work with families, children and youth, Tracey has specialized training and experience in couples counselling. She support couples in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection, always through a trauma-informed lens that recognizes the impact of past experiences on present dynamics.

Her practice is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story. She aims to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.

Chelsea has specialized knowledge of perinatal and reproductive fertility health. As a Perinatal and Reproductive Fertility Counsellor, Chelsea supports individuals (biological, adoptive, LGBTAIA2S+, and foster caregivers) in their pre and post-natal journey, especially those experiencing:

-Coping with infertility and/or fertility treatment

-Perinatal Grief & Loss: miscarriages, infant loss

-Reproductive birth trauma

-Post-natal depression/anxiety and other mood disorders

-Pregnancy, after IVF

-Decision making on family building options

-Donors, surrogates, intended parents/recipients

Nicole is a Registered Massage Therapist with a calm, grounding approach that helps clients settle into their bodies and reconnect with themselves. A graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT), she blends Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, neuromuscular therapy, gentle stretching, range-of-motion work, and light lymphatic techniques. She is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

Nicole’s treatments are evidence-informed and thoughtfully paced, with a strong focus on supporting the nervous system and encouraging a rest-and-digest state. She aims to create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and cared for—whether they’re seeking relief, long-term support, or simply a quiet moment to breathe.

Before becoming an RMT, Nicole worked in esthetics and bookkeeping, experiences that strengthened her attention to detail, client comfort, and her ability to hold a calm, welcoming space.

Originally from Prince George, she recently returned home after time away and is grateful to be practicing in the community that shaped her.

Connie holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Northern British Columbia and is a registered member of the BC College of Social Workers. With 15 years of counselling experience, she grounds her work within a holistic integrative framework, approaching her practice from a client-centered, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed perspective.

Connie supports and assists clients through various life transitions and mental health challenges including depression and mood related issues, anxiety and anxiety related issues, trauma, addictions, grief and loss, stress management, communication and relationship issues, sexuality, and identity. She has a particular interest in women’s lived experiences and gender-based trauma.
